Neil Stratford, CEO

As CEO of Strat-Comm, Neil Stratford brings home more than 20 years of marketing, promotions and special events experience to clients. He leads Strat-Comm's dedicated staff of professionals in the development of customized, creatively imagined marketing programs that have helped to put some of Strat-Comm's clients at the top of their industries. Since starting Strat-Comm in 1997, he has developed a well-known expertise in both guerrilla and grassroots marketing. 

Over the course of his career, Neil has developed marketing initiatives on behalf of Staples, Inc., Schering-Plough, PGA of America, 87th PGA Championship, Toys R Us, Marriott, The Hockey Company, Softspikes, Doral Resort and Spa, Plymouth Place, Prudential HealthCare, Fuji Film, Cooperland Development, Evian Indoor Pro Beach Volleyball, Nestle Under 16 National Cricket Championships (UK), Quick Chek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning, Atlanta Knights and Nashville Knights Professional Hockey Teams, Champ Golf and ProLink GPS.

Shayd Coots, Director of Marketing

Shayd Coots joined Strat-Comm in 2007 after 7 years of business and business-to-consumer marketing. He is responsible for all of Strat-Comm's clients field marketing endeavors nationally, as well as direct key brand management initiatives, marketing communications programs and promotional events.

Throughout his career, Shayd's experience has brough him from the runways of fashion week to the boardrooms of the nation's leading corporate giants. He has spearheaded innovative marketing and advertising initiatives and increased market penetration, customer acquisition and consumer revenue. His brand management and product placement marketing has included Universal Studios, Staples Inc., CBS, Discovery Channel, J.P. Morgan Chase, Sony Pictures, Kellogg's, Nestle, Monster.com, Billabong, and Sports Illustrated.
