Carol StratforD, President/Strategist

After years of experience working major resorts and wellness retreats, Carol has developed a real expertise in hospitality and wellness.  These include major properties like Lake Lanier Islands Resorts, Stone Mountain Park, Doral Resort & Spa, Marriott Harbor Beach, The Homestead Resort, Miraval Resort & Spa, Hilton Head Health and Green Mountain at Fox Run. 

She has had a dynamic career with success developing and deploying strategic marketing plans, designing and launching effective public relations campaigns and achieving record breaking increases in profits and brand awareness. She is recognized as a leader with strengths in project management, e-commerce, relationship building, administration and business development.


Sharon Rapoport, Creative Director/Writer

Sharon has had a storied career, garnering Emmy nominations for her Lifetime Television work, and creating high-profile multi-platform campaigns that range from USA TODAY street performances targeted to marketers, to Coca-Cola Super Bowl spots. 

She has been creative director/copywriter on a variety of household name clients in addition to Coca-Cola. These include Miraval Resorts, KSL Resorts, Hilton Head Health, Green Mountain at Fox Run, Colgate-Palmolive, Kenneth Cole, NASDAQ, CBS, and General Foods and many more. She has a wide range of experience with both consumer and business-to-business brands. 


DEBBIE EVANS, Strategist

Hospitality industry veteran Debbie Evans has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and public relations experience.  Her career has taken her from the floor of Germany’s largest travel trade fair to the top of Spain’s tallest roller coaster.
Evans has extensive experience in product launch, photo and video direction, collateral development, corporate communications, crisis management, and media relations.  Through the year 2006, Debbie served as Six Flags, Inc.’s corporate director of communications providing strategic counsel and oversight of the company’s 39 parks worldwide.  
After her tenure at Six Flags, Evans gained valuable marketing agency experience working with leading consumer brands including Target, The Home Depot and Levolor Kirsch Window Fashions.  As a consultant, her clients have included the International Association of Fairs & Expositions, PGA National Resort & Spa, Miraval Resort & Spa, Skyterra Wellness, Herschend Family Entertainment, Premier Parks and Six Flags among others.  
Evans is a graduate of the Georgia State University school of Hospitality Administration and is active as a volunteer with IAAPA and numerous state and local organizations.  A native of Atlanta, Debbie currently lives with her family on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Over the years that Carol has been working with Hospitality and Wellness brands, she discovered that most of the heavy lifting with a brand is done over a few months, initially. From that point on, the brand goes into a maintenance mode with a series of updates and tweaks. It occurred to Carol that many companies don’t have to hire and pay for a full-time Director of Marketing or a Full-Service Agency. Instead, a dedicated amount of time can be invested up front, working with her team.  Then, Carol makes sure you drive it home with a much less costly in-house marketing employee or team (who she even sometimes helps to hire). Implementation and tracking is handled by in-house marketing, over time. Once Carol’s initial branding work and planning is done, she is only brought in occasionally for check-ins and special projects. This is a much smarter way to allocate dollars.
